Hatha Yoga Workshop

Rishikesh Sequence
Saturday 7th April 2018
3pm - 6pm Holistic Yoga Sangha, Torquay

The āsana in this practice are held for slightly longer periods of time than in many modern styles of yoga and relaxation in each posture is encouraged.

This workshop is best suited to those with some previous yoga experience.
